I am using jio from november 2016.at the beginning ther was not adequate towers installed at our area.that time we were faceing very much network problems.so, we complaint it to jio customer care and they promised me they will fix it up withi a month.
And after 15days we saw jio have came to our area for installing a tower.After that our all network related problems got solved.
Excellent service quality of jio.Now we are using jio 4g seemlessly.
