I am the old customer of jio when it was first launched it gave 4gb free data to its user for three months at that time the net speed was too good it feels that we were using a 4g network but now as the plans rates have increased its services and speed had decreased. I sometime regret that I m uselessy spending money on it.In addition to it I have a complaint about data . jio is a data eater I dont understand how only on browsing 1gb of data gets used up so fast. I had many time called the customer care for that issue which is not resolved till now.
I have a bad experience using this network.
