Network- I am using jio service from more than 1 and half years, and the service provide by jio is fabulous. The network strength is very good in planes or plane areas, and the speed is very more than any other operator that I have used till now, the calling experience with Jio is great, initially there were some call drop problem, but now the problem is not seen, also the number dialling and call connect with Jio sim is very impressive and faster than other operators. But in hill areas, there is a lot of connectivity problem with jio, it shows full network in display screen, but the browsing and downloading speed is very bad sometimes, even sometime it takes several minutes to send a whatsapp message. So its very annoying somtimes in hill areas using Jio, I don't know why there is a lot of difference in speed in planes and hills. But sometimes it works really good, whether it is conectivity or calling. Jio is the best beast.
Customer Service- The customer care service is good, we can write complain about the problem that we face, and customer care responds at the next day or after 1 or 2 days . Once I complaint about the connectivity problem, and at the 2nd day they respond with a call to me.
Charges and Billing - As I am using the prepaid sim of Jio, and also JioFi, a recharge is required for them to work. I think the recharge amounts are worth good, as it provides 1gb dalily data in 399 for 3 months, and other higher plans are also available. The grand entry of Jio also makes the other operators to minimize their services charges, as they charged a lot before it. So I am happy and satisfied with the services of jio, which are customer friendly, within a very short time.
