Now in India RELIANCE JIO is one of the biggest network due the offer provided by the company till 31st March, 2017 to grab the customers and increase the network in a very short period of time.
The Jio is providing the best services to their customers but though their are many problems occurring to operate the network. The problems facing by the customers are as mentioned Below:
JIO HAS INCREASED THE NEED OF INTERNET IN PEOPLES
1)Due to the JIO network the mobile phone is slowing down due to the heavy load.
2)The Network is not good enough to be connected in a fluent way all the time, network is on an average level of 2 bars.
3)The Volte does problems in many mobiles and also messaging problems occurs.
4)If you are using jio4G then you have to use the another sim in 2G network that means when there is no network available in Jio 4G you have to turn off the sim or change the network type in order to connect the internet through the another sim.
5)The internet gives too much problems because sometimes the speed is almost 1 to 2 kbps.(so how we can depend on it whether it will provide best network after taking PRIME MEMBERSHIP)
6)JIO is cheap but you have to give take the monthly plan to get the benifits . You can not recharge Rs. 10 for 1 GB when you want.
LASTLY I WOULD SAY THAT IF YOU CAN BEAR THE MONTHLY EXPENSES FOR CONTINUING JIO THEN YOU CAN GO FOR THE PRIME MEMBERSHIP PLAN.
