For more than 9 months jio has been providing its services for free now from April users needs to pay for its services here is my review regarding its services:-
Network coverage: Its ok some places its excellent and at some places its very low so overall its an average network coverage.
Customer service: Its very bad, once I tried to complaint about the slow Internet speed so I stayed on the call for more than 30mins( not just once but 2-3 times) and nobody answered my call, finally I wrote a mail to Jio care and I got a reply literally after a month of complaining, so customer service is very bad.
Charges: Now this is the part which makes jio a great competitor and great service provider because from now what jio is going to charge will still be the cheapest prices among all network providers and its jio because of which every network provider has lowered down its charges, so jio is best in this segment.
Here is a new addition in the review from my end.now jio has started providing paid service but without any prior information jio has ended free night data and done amendment in its plans which were previously said to provide free night data but jio has changed that and its absolutely inacceptable.
Overall its a great network as per price and service.
