This is to inform u all that Reliance Industries Ltd have never bothered to look at the grivences of their employees.
Reliance do take people on contract. But there are people who are on contract for more than 5 years and the company has never bothered to make them permanent. The contract employes have no other alternative but to accept it and work in fear of losing their jobs. They work very hard but get nothing. They dont get the other previlages like PF, Previlage Leave or bonus. Its quite obivious that Reliance like the service of these contract employees thats the main reason they are still working with reliance although they are on contract.
The company should look at the employees point of view. What will happen if they are removed from work ( since they are on contract ) after they cross the age
limit.
The company needs to look in to this matter and ensure that something good is done to these contract workers.
