Sir/madam,
I am a reliance customer with number 09312262221 since 5 Years. I am facing the problem of balance dispute since 21.11.2011 (this number is in the name of NARENDER SHARMA)
This is to complain that there is no proper response from customer care even frequently I am not able to contact customer care from my number 09312262221. If I contact now they say we have only 15 days transaction record.
Then the reliance company not parmesan to my cell phone in the miss call pack active in 3 day & my old call charges to change in last month the 2sc 1ps my plan in local scheme in my number so plz help me my complaint
