Pieces of crap. Review on Reliance General Insurance

I will give you a true testimonial, a former reliance customer. They are heartless pieces of*. They don't do anything on a timley manner, they try to trap you so that you cannot get your claims and after a month and a half, your claims are "at the last stage" as they were a week after you gave them all the information they needed. That being said, they make you run around like a dog for days and days and tell you to get paper work one at a time rather than give you a list of everything. When you get frustrated, they become so rude it's shocking! A month and a half later, I'm still waiting on a reply. Good job reliance! Thanks for making my family member suffer and get to a stage where she's in so much pain that she's unable to eat and sleep, and even walk. When asked to talk to a manager, there IS NO MANAGER, you get tossed around like a salad to different employees and they repeat the same bullshit that the other person you spoke to says. Rather than spending money on an actor and fake testimonials, help the people that are in need and rely on you! Never, ever, EVER again will I use this company for anything in my life and in fact I've made it my goal to get the word out there on how much you torture your customers and the 95% claims on your website is complete BULLSHIT!
