Let me inform you I have loss my mother in accident(Mother Death cliam ID no -3316000762)but after completion of 70% procedure by Reliance they denied to give my mother death compensation they told us that your PA Unnamed person Value zero. They have changed/amended his policy in faver of company& cheat to customers. When you not able to provide my Mother death compensation then why take all original documents& interpretation from my family. Who is Unnamed passenger?
There are not mention or justified in given policy annexure Neither reliance aware me this type of clause& nor mention in insurance Policy Doc. That Unnamed passenger means owner family member.As per given Policy document annexure not justified the unnamed person value zero means owner family member not cover in policy compensation.
Reliance did not provide all information related Policy cover.(If any one want full details then please mail on my ID I will send scan copy of policy document with other proof as given by Reliance

I have taken my policy from Nissan Lucknow India showroom directly. Did not take from Footpath.
I did faith with reliance but They are break my trust. Now all(Reliance& Marsh) totally denied& only to prove that customer is culprit every time.
I have dropped thousands of mail to Nissan/Reliance/Marsh but there positive response negligible.
It's not a matter of cost. It's to related to all customer awareness& right. That means most of customer not aware this type of scam. They(Reliance/Marsh) are advertising like Care customers always but reality is totally opposite they only cheat to customer.
I warn to all customers who purchase his vehicle avoid to take policy from Reliance because they will deny if any thing will happen with you they try to prove that you are culprits.
So please don't take any policy from Reliance/Marsh aware to your Family, friend&relative.
I have continuously expose Reliance in Twitter& Facebook day by day I hope most of people aware& save from Reliance. I will never end my strength for exposing to Reliance till the end of life. If you don't believe so pls see Reliance twitter handle any ads or post in twitter.
