Worst customer support , I took travel insurance to come to USA for 3 months but due to some personal problem I had to extend my stay for 2 months and I e-mailed them 15days before the expiry date of my travel insurance they never responded and I had to drive a lot here and I had to take Loss Damage waiver everytime I drove cuz I cant drive without insurance on a foreign license ...Worst customer service..last time I was here I took tata AIG and it was hassle free.Next time I will again take Tata Aig
