I bought bike from a guy and want to extend its insurance. I called the toll free support number for 5 times, it keeps saying please leave your message after beep. what the f*k? Then I tried their non-toll-free number, still the same response.
I went to their UI. I wanted to change my name while renewal, I even updated my profile name, it keeps showing the old user name. Very bad UI, bad support. I've shifted to ICICI, its an amazing service.
