I wanted to renew my expired car insurance and took the quotation and for conformation I called up the customer care executive after the conformation I paid the amount online and later I called up the customer care to make sure they send me the police copy .
They told me that it is not valid because I have selected wrong expiry date and it is not valid. I am annoyed and want to take serious action on them I have the recorded the conversation between the reliance and me.after reading the posts I feel need to take some serious action on them what I do. any suggestions please mail me at sudhakarkm7@gmail.com
