I have a reliance insurance policy for my two wheeler policy no 9202742312016851 it expired on 22/aug/15 I had started receiving call and intimation well in advance.
Then on 21 I got call from one of your sales person on 21 and 22 aug. even I called on 25 twice but such a thankless payment portal you have I cant make a payment .
Unprofessional sales person they don't answer in right manner plus then they that they will call back but they never call back.
Plz understand that for one simple policy renewal I will not waste so much of time. I just wonder this is the state when I have to pay u guys .what happens if someone has to claim from you.At least your sale personal should call back if they promise so. Isn't it general courtesy.
