A very good online experience. Good customer support. Helped me to buy my policy smoothly. Created a quotation which was emailed immediately as well as got an sms. I had queries regarding some of the add on covers and was reading through the information provided in the site.
There was an option to chat with an online user. Got information about the covers, also got a call back from customer support asking if I needed help. Was able to buy and download the policy document in a short time.
