I feel this review is:
Absolutely DON'T go for travel insurance from Reliance. Not only they cheat the customers but the staff is so rude to be able to handle the sensitivity behind helping the customer who just lost a dear baggage! I lost my baggage on KLM airlines and the airlines paid me compensation for the inconvenience of 1 month. Now reliance says that since KLM has borne the compensation in some form, they wont pay me the product cost! How can they cheat by refusing the compensation. Indeed they have been using the goodwill of airlines as a means to earn huge money! Why should I have bought the insurance at the first place if the insurance company can refuse to pay? Still fighting the case. NEVER opt for reliance guys.
