Reliance is one shop where the the name itself is the first word in cheating 'Reliance Fresh', there is nothing fresh there. The Road vendors have 100 times more fresher stuff than these guys, all spoilt stuff and going to expire stuff offered as discounts or take 1 free.
The Reliance card is another cheating strategy they ask for your card to give points but I have never got any points rewarded and public also got the hint [by the way the cards were given after six months of visiting reliance outlet]
The sales people are least courteous and never give back the exact change, they take 50p from you but can never give back your change. They started as a vegetable shop moved onto non perishables now they sell buckets & towels under the 'Fresh' category.
Reliance has also stuck their nose into shoes & slippers. Ambani family can spare the poor vegetable vendor & chappal guys of their business.
