We wer a regular customer of reliance fresh from 2007 when it was first opened. Very Fresh product and at cheaper prices. We used to go to reliance fresh on Mondays to buy Fresh Vegetables from there and its easy to pick up the Vegis from there.
Not only Vegis but also other consumable products with are available in various brands and cheaper price.
Our Ganga Nagar Reliance fresh(Madipakkam) also had an Attacked Reliance delight fresh for non veg item like Fish, Chicken, mutton, etc. They sell both readily fresh cut and also the packet from. If we buy Fish, we buy it fresh which is then cut by the personals there. They cut according to our need and very Friendly. And if chicken product, then we buy the ready packed once.
They used to sell Delight product at very nice pricing with best customer satisfaction. But when the delight was shutdown, it was very disappointing. We couldnt buy clean cut served fish anymore!
Pros -
1) Was a best place to get fresh vegetables and Other consumables.
2) Very Cheap price wer compared to the veg market.
3) The store was kept clean and organizes.
4) The Store was Air conditioned in 2007 and it gave us cool shopping experiences.
5) Reliance Delight was a pure delight delivering clean Non Veg items at nominal Rates.
6) Good parking place for Cars and bikes.
Cons -
1) AC are actually meant for Summer but AC there does work in Summer.
2) The Billing line is very slow and irritating. If u shop for 30 min, u have to wait for another 15 min sure just for billing!
3) Now the vegetable are sold at normal pricing and not fresh too.
4) The store is also no maintain clean now a days. Its getting very ugly.
5) Its very disappointing due to shutdown of Reliance Fresh Delight. I stopped goes there after its shutdown.
Verdict - I dont visit Reliance Fresh anymore just becoz its Delight is shutdown.Otherwise, its a spl need or emergency, I rarely visit this store.
