Picture quality is very good compare to cable t v .the main think is they provide very good customer support .
service is very good .they are taking very less time to service even if we are living in remote place
I think reliance is keeping good customer relationship .we can recharge our card any time without any processing delay.
I am rarely causing signal lost notification during rainy season .they also providing a lot of channel at a very minimum
