I have been using Reliance Digital TV for last 4 years. I am satisfied with its services. That's why I decided to write this review which might be helpful to others.
They offer wide range of choices of channels at very affordable price. The picture and sound quality is above average. The only problem I observed is in bad weather conditions. While in rain or storm it absolutely stops to receive signals and hence a blank screen with dirty message. I wonder if all other service providers do the same in bad weather. Except this everything with Reliance Digital TV is very satisfactory. I recharge with Rs. 300 and every time get a cashback of Rs. 15. Their service and support team is excellent. Whenever you have a query or a dispute, your solution is just a call away on their dedicated toll free number. You can easily add or subtract channels from your subscription and enjoy the desired entertainment channels. Absolutely worthy of spending money. There are so many other features like learning material, games etc. which my kids use. I don't know much about that but there is much more than just watching your favorite channels. The most important thing I would like to mention, if due to some reason you are unable to recharge and your services are discontinued, you get a call from the customer support staff to know the reason for discontinuation. You answer them and they are satisfied. They never call back unlike other providers. I have learnt from my friends that some DTH service providers make you sick as they call so many times to recharge. They don't understand that there must be some reason that on have discontinued the service and whenever the right time will come he will continue again.
I will recommend this product, its absolutely worthy of trying.
