I have been using Reliance Digital TV from 6 months. But my experience with it is not too good. I one thing that irritates me about it is that it has very poor customer service. It is very hard to connect through the helpline. On the other hand, they charge very high prices for extra channels as compare to other companies. About a week ago, I was planning to change my plan. I called number of times on their helpline but each and every I received message "the customer executive is on another call". Once I waited for half an hour but after call disconnected. They are just focusing on selling their products but do not care about the customer service. The picture and sound quality is okk. They should work on customer service. THANKS.
