I found it to be similar to AIRTEL at first seeing the red colour layout and the similar features.
But after a while, it all started to crumble.

I noticed that many of the channels were missing.
I'm a big fan of religious channels and they don't really have many options.
Jeevan tv, harvest tv etc were missing. Oh and the food channel was missing too.
So I decided to call up the customer care and find out why?
I spoke to them and they said they dont really have these channels.
So basically, there's a lot of useless channels up there and they charge you a lot every month. Pretty expensive. Even if you ask them to cancel these channels, they dont.
The customer representatives are friendly and ready to help. But it might take you almost half an hour to 45 minutes just to get connected to them . But I would stay away from calling them t all. because every time you call up the customer care and hang up, the set top box starts to act funny. It shows you a smart card error for the next 2 days. This happens every single time.
