Very Bad Service Providers. Review on Reliance Digital TV

I had used Reliance Digital TV for 5-6 years and now I had stopped using it because of its bad and expensive service. I had bought Reliance Digital TV due to its brand name but after using it I got to know that Reliance DIgital TV provide very bad service. They provide very bad picture quality and sound quality. The service and support department of Reliance Digital TV does not co-operates goodly. The support department takes too much time in resolving the problems of customers. Also the support department charges money for resolving even a small problem which has not been occured from our default. It is very difficult to contact with their support executives because on most of the calls the answer is: at this time all our customer service executives are busy, please try again later. After so much calls we get to contact with the support executive. The service of Reliance Digital TV is not satisfactory according to the money paid for the same. The monthly vouchers are also very expensive and the prices increase day by day. One of the biggest disadvantages is that they do not provide even a single channel for free that we can watch on the expiry of the voucher. Sometimes they stop giving service before the expiry of the voucher also.They attract customers with offers and then bind them to recharge with a particular pack only.
