I have been trying to reach the Toll Free Number 18002009001 since past two weeks and the IVR says something followed by cancellation of my call.Not only this, I have forwarded emails and submitted the complaint form several times followed by no reply from Reliance Digital TV service which really is a pathetic one.Many of my channels including Colors are temporarily disconnected.If Reliance TV is shutting down, it should give our refunds.Reliance Digital TV has tied up with TATA SKY and services expore in Nov17.Missed call to be given from us at 9237092370 before 17/11/17.For Reliance Big TV customer, new TATA SKY connection will be installed which is cost free.In case of delay in recharging at customer level, the service gets deactivated soon from Reliance Digital TV.A simple question which arises is that why should a customer bear all the headache for transfer of their network services.I never expected such a bad service from Reliance Digital TV where no communication is resulting with their customer care centres.
