I have used this connection to my TV Onida some time back(few days) and changed my mind and changed to Tata sky now.
I was used for 2 to 3 years for my TV picture quality and service was not up to the mark and several times the TV stations would not be clearly broadcast most of the times and a remark saying that "sorry due to bad weather in your area the signal is low" on normal and sunny days also the same will appear some times.
Most of the times the service used to be disconnected and the customer care people who were called and who received complaint will give you a complaint number and will disappear. But no technical persons attend the problem and when I enquired about the complaint number mentioned to the customer care they used to say your query was attended and service was also restored as per our records sir and give a fresh complaint.
this was the story repeated many times with me. Owing to the above reasons I have discontinued the Reliance Digital TV connection and migrated to Tata Sky. Now the days are going somewhat better and going smooth interms of TV programmes. Small complaints are there but not that much. It will be okay if the people changed and service has to be improved
