Bad service. Bought a jiofi device almost two months back. But they are yet to activate the sim. the device is useless now. The executives are unprofessional that when I enquired them two weeks ago, they said "The sim applications are not activated yet".
RELIANCE should appoint good executives and also sell things with good service. Otherwise people will buy things online and wont come to shops.
