It was my brothers 17 th birthday and I wanted to gift him some real cool headphones. I visited reliance digital the previous day and spent like 45 min looking at different models and chose one Sony headphones .i had just in case selected another skull candy and kept it at the shop in case he wanted to exchange. It turned out that he did want the other one.
we went to the store the very next day by 5:30 PM to exchange. As soon as we went we took the other piece and went to billing counter with the sealed sony box, bill and extra amount.
At the counter there were more than 5 executives but none of them bother to attend. There was only one person who was attending to all other customers. he had lot of attitude and arrogance. he told me to wait. I did wait for my turn standing across the counter. he snapped saying "look u need to wait I cant immediately attend to you. there are others tooo who are customers" I explained telling him he can comtinue work I was just waiting. after 30 min my turn came up. then he sent the exchange request to a diff floor it took another 15 min.
Then wen finally the exchange was done I tested the headphones. it did not work on either my phone or my brothers phone or the managers phone. he tried it in a apple computer and it worked fine. he then says that this model is only compatible with apple and not android. wen I asked him why he didnt explain before he very rudely said its ur fault I cant help take it leave. there was no test products I had to buy a sealed one and he didnt have the proffesionalism to explain the product on top of it arrogance. I had a huge argument for like 30 min explaing him wat his work is that he needs to sells the products explaining it. not just standing dum. in the entire process he for not once apologised. worst bday gift ever.
never will I again visit this store nor will I recommend it to anyone
