During past, a Sony LED TV was purchased by my sister in Bangalore.Its Audio was working but Video was not working.After repetitive telephonic calls, the service engineer came after four days and took few parts of TV and copy of Reliance ResQ Comprehensive Plan in order to discuss with senior officials and come back.After five days, a call was received by my sister from Reliance Digital's HO, Mumbai that the engineer would be coming within a day and issue will be resolved at the earliest.Again after repetitive telephonic calls and having mailed, nobody came and my sister was irritated and annoyed.She found Reliance Digital as highly irresponsible and unpleasing one as her time resulted in wastage of personal works.She raised her issue in the consumer court in order to get her refund from the fraudsters of Reliance Digital as well as getting rid of them.
