I am writing this review after unfortunately subscribed to THE WORST data card service provider reliance. I am using this reliance service for the last 6 months and I do not have words to really the explain service what I have received.
I bought this after getting a adv sms from one of the reliance guy called mano. Adv was really lucrative saying 3G speed 14mbps(not even in kbps!) six users can use at a time(not even fit for single user)
The problem what I facing is that there will be fully signal. But the speed will be dead slow. When I called the so called customer care, I was told that there was some issue in their cables and it will take 3 to 4 months for them to fix it.
I dont know how can they say this it will take 4 months for a issue to get resolved without any shame on their part. They also told that they will not bill until the issue is resolved.
The Worst part is even after 4 months the issue is still open and I am not able to use the same till date.
But one should appreciate their billing deparment! No matter whether it is working or not they will raise the bill and ask you to make the payment every month and I need to explain them from the beginning.
I thought only I had this sort of issue. But when I checked with my friends, all of them had the same issue. Whatever I paid for data card is sheer waste of money.
Even though I have work from home option, I am forced to go to office, Thanks to Great RELIANCE!
