If anyone is planning to buy this product I suggest you please stay away from this. I bought this data card because I had an offer from office. I just kept this data card for my personal use.one day I thought of usig this data card and I recharged since it was a prepaid. I am suppose to get 2 mbps of speed for what I was recharged but I was not even getting 512 kbps and I restarted my system several time just to check is there any trouble with my laptop.
After the restart also same problem it's very slow and not even able to open any web site to just open Google its taking more than 3 minutes I was tired of refreshing browser. Since I was so much frustrated I called the reliance customer serive and the customer service answers the call and he was quite rude too but it's ok I told him I am getting very slow speed and I asked him what should I do to get the good speed what I am suppose to get.
He respond to my query saying restart the computer and check that is the only solution I had with this guy finally I had to stop using reliance data card. I seriously do not recommend this product to any of my friends and family. Guys please do not go for it.
