I bought a net connect postpaid connection in oct2013 and used it till nov 2015. I disconnected after settling all the outstanding balance. Suddenly started recieving bills in March and April 2016.
I wrote a mail and called the customer care asking them to disconnect.
They agreed to disconnect but didbt do it and later asked me to visit reliance office even after I mentioned that I was not in bangalore. Now they have sent a court notice to pay the outstanding bill for which havent used their service. Their collections use indecent language and threaten customers to pay the bill.
Their collections and legal department are jobless enough to pursue to open and shut case which doesnt stand any legal merit. The suit is only for 2k. but this how a bully company need to learn a lesson. I am going to publish the verdict so all such future customer harrassment need to stop. There are endless stories how this moraless company swindle money from customers. Dont buy a reliance connection ever. They dont care about customer service. #corporaterobbers.
