I feel this review is:
This is the 3rd rate network and even without usage they send you bills. Once you get into the network you are taxed heavily and the speed is very worst. Very worstly the executives speak with customers. Typically like rowdies. Reliance fit to shut. Worst experience and now have closed 3 connections for the worst service and simply looting money. Dirty connection. Without using the data I have paid 1020/- and even after showing the status of my data card to be "closed" they generate the bills and send and loot money.
