The Reliance data card is a worst product that I have bought it for 1000 Rs(device)+ monthly rental(Rs-969), it is not a small money. They will somehow put offers(nothing inside it) and attract the fresh customers, like corporate offices. The speed they claim is 3.1mbps, the reality is sometimes ->top speed is < 512kbps my mobile is better that it, Also often the google will not be opened. The device will not even connect in the center of cities like Chennai - pallavaram, guindy, omr, Madurai - Arappalayam, bypass road. I'll carry the laptop to terrace and back of the home. From march 2015, it was very poor, I have raised many complaints from march and requested to close the data card. But they will raise a complaint for the connectivity issue and I was a fool following it up for almost every week till Oct 2016(6 months).  I had a stupid hope that “reliance will resolve the connectivity issue” and waited for a long time.


Reliance  -  “NEEDS CUSTOMER MONEY”. "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE", "NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER", "NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" At the end they really did nothing, I got frustrated and requested to close the connection by Oct(FULL bill paid). Again they have not even closed the connection, After 6 months, now(April 2016) there was 4-5 calls for pending bill 2800 Rs amount. OMG!  How many calls from reliance, I was explaining everything. But they are aggressively threatening me to pay the unwanted bill amount, if not they will damage my CIBIL score “said by customer care”.  I thought I’m the valuable customer for the last 3 years, but there simple motto is “NEED CUSTOMER MONEY”. "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE", "NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER", "NO SATISFACTION"


Why the customer blocking complaints are not handled for 6 months(march’15 to aug’15)?


Why the cancellation request not handled(oct’15)?


Why they didn’t call customer immediately after the unpaid bill and remain?


How you are expecting the customer to bear with stupid data card?
