My data card number 9380264348, I am using my data card for past 7 months, from the beginning my network coverage is not good ie, Either I will get full 5 point signal or 0 point no signal in pro 3. This 5 point and 0 point will frequently changed. Due to these type of worst coverage not possible to browser or even not possible to check my mails too. I called to customer care and explain my situation they said some network issue it will be resolved in 48 hours likewise august month over.


I registered my first complaint on 4th sep 2015 through mail at"netconnect.broadband@relianceada.com" and complaint number is 235510324, they disappointed me by replying "minor improvement is observed in our network & engineers are working on improving the services further. Intermittent network Issue is expected to resolve by 90 to 120 days." Likewise Sep month over.


I totally disappointed and forward my basic problem to Appellate authority on 5 oct 2015 they gave the satisfactory reply on 10th with complaint number 238385431 and my problem resolved on 18.10.2015 but again the same network problem started on 24.10.2015.


So again I launched a complaint on 29th oct and on Nov 2nd they replied "As per the resolution of Service Request ID 239235162, the conformation received from the concern team, there


is found some technical issue and our technical team is


working towards optimization of the site/area and the


issue is expected to be resolved soon."


Till 26th Dec the problem was not solved. I totally frustrated and again I mailed to appellate authority on 27.12.2015. I received a reply after 21 days on 17.01.2016 as


"We acknowledge your email dated December 27, 2015 for


your Reliance number 9380264348 and regret the


inconvenience caused.


We tried to contact you on your mobile number


; however, we were unable to reach.


Your complaint has been registered vide service request


ID 242016588 on January 17, 2016 at 4.01 PM and it will


be resolved by January 20, 2016 at 4.10 PM."


But till now 05.02.2016 I didn't get any proper resolution for this problem from Reliance team. Regards,
