Poor Connectivity. Review on Reliance Broadnet Broadband

From the past few months, I am using reliance broadband Internet.This network is very poor and also its connectivity.Sometimes its speed comes very good but sometimes its speed comes very poor and sometimes its network connectivity lost.Now I thinking that want this my broadband connection disconnected because its not gives good speed neither its not good network connectivity.Yesterday I complained to the costomer care but they have no give solution and after that today again complained to the customer care and they said your problem will be solved till next day or 2-3 hours and I am waiting but my problem not solved.Its service very slow and very poor.It internet speed comes 100 kb/second but sometimes internet not working due to network issues.According me Reliance need making strong network and service also than its will good network but Currently I am not satisfy from its internet service and customer service.
