I wanted a new broadband connection.
The only way to get reliance broadband is to call their customer care number. I called them, they asked my details like address and contact number. I chose thunder 699 plan which is 1 mbps unlimited plan. I was very happy as the connection charge was only Rs 600(cheaper than any provider).
But I did not received any call from them, I called the customer care again, this time they asked my details again and said that they will contact me within 24 ours, but still no reply, I called nearly 10 times in 6 days but no reply from them.
I got frustrated and finally applied for a BSNL landline and broadband connection.Also I heard from friends that they provide a very bad service, the connection is never 1 mbps.
