"Reliance Broadnet" "Internet Service" Reliance Customer Care is the worst customer care in the world! When I called "Reliance Customer Care" for clarifications on 23rd and 24th November 2016; either they are not knowledgeable or they don't want to help their customer but tried to get escape from their duties.
For the last three days every-time when I called for help, Reliance Customer Care executives tried to escape from their duties saying you have to wait for 48 hours without willing to listen to my issue?!
For the first three days I was unable to receive any incoming calls through my new "Reliance LAN Line" but rather experienced arrogant Customer Care from "Reliance Broadnet" "Internet Service". I realized that Reliance has given the contract of Customer Care to some bad agencies.
