Reliance broadband frequently disconnects, There is no support from Reliance broadband team. Poor response from Reliance broadband customer care. It is surprising that Reliance broadband is existing with such a poor quality in this competitive world. They terminated my landline when I did not request. I am requesting to terminate my broadband connection, but they are not doing. I have complained many many times for frequent disconnection, every time they will say that this issue will be fixed within 24 hours. But, I never experience an uninterrupted internet from Reliance broadband. Really very bad. I am paying and not free.
