Reliance data card is worst experience I ever had, they are claiming 14.7 mbps every where but always getting less than 0.14mbps, customer care is also very worst and very rude everytime and not even changing my bill plan after so many times complain about very low speed and bill plan change. don't take it otherwise you will hang in between. its not worth of your hard earned money. very bad service. customer care executives are not try to listen anything and disconnecting the call everytime. every month iam paying the bills on the time but not getting proper service as promised by them. Its my suggestion to all that do not buy this net connect pro3 otherwise you will face a lots of problems like thousands of other subscribers everyday.their performance is very bad and pathetic. honestly I will rate them as 0 but no option less than 1 rating is available. Reliance stopped all its communication services including wireless landline and netconnect suddenly without any intimation. The 4g that they keep on advertising everywhere is at least 2 months away and reliance Justs ditches all its customers. This has caused so much inconvenience. everyday they are forcing to upgrade to 4g by paying rs. 900 to rs 2500 approx for new datacard otherwise the services will be stopped. I bought this datacard only 2 months ago and that time no one informed me regarding this thing. I appeal to everybody to boycott reliance communication so that it becomes a lesson for all telecommunication services.Reliance stopped all its communication services including wireless landline and netconnect suddenly without any intimation. The 4g that they keep on advertising everywhere is very long away.Everyday it will get diaconnected, and ti get it connected we have to use laptop get into reliancebroadband.co.in ti get it reconnected. While doing online money tranfer also it will get disconnected.If the country is in the worst broadband service is that Reliance Reliance broadband connections in India. its my personal appeal to everyone don't buy thier products.no response to the complaint did not matter to Customer Care.Reliance so chip and poor company.I was using reliance broadband connection and it is the worst connection I ever used .I Would Like to Tell You Friends That I Am Not Satisfied With Their Customer Service At All. I Have Faced Many Problems While Using Their Services. The Behavior Of Their Customer Care Executive Was Not so Good.When I was using Reliance Broadnet Broadband. It suffers me alot just by its speed and network coverage. Its speed it much below of the expectation. Thats why I changed it to another network. Hence I can’t suggest anyone for this product and service
