I am using Reliance Broadnet Broadband internet services. My plan is of 1 mbps speed unlimited through out the month but the speed is never 1 mbps. Mostly my internet is not in working condition and I have to keep making calls for complaining because the local authorities will never resolve any of your issue. Payment of the bill is done online and even if there is a problem in their website and payment failed, they will charge Rs. 100 penalty on you for late payment charges. The height of such bad attitude was shown at the level best when my connection was off for more than 3 months, I kept complaining but they keep excusing that there is a cable cut problem in your area, we are resolving within 48 hours. That 48 hours turned into 3 months and they charged me the bill of Rs. 2000 with all the penalities sentencing that I am defaulter and I haven't paid the bill yet.
I wasted my most of the precious time on calls discussing with their customer care representative that my connection is not working than why will I pay this bill for? But they just want money, they kept saying 'pay this amount, your connection will be started! They never consider any waiver amount either.
You can never rely on the service support of Reliance broadnet broadband services. They will misled and misguide you. One thing they can do perfectly is calling you 100 times before the DUE DATE to pay the bill amount. Speed is not the same they mention during connection time.
