I feel this review is:
Irrespective of calls cust care only says that the server is down and that they will take a priority request. Logged in 5 cancellation request but strangely they close request with an update that I agrees to continue with their service without even calling me. The exec are unable to justify why will one want to continue using the service when the connectivity is not available for more than 2 months. Advice never to trust reliance as they are horrible when it comes to customer service
