I have subscribed for a 4MBPS plan. The internet is very unstable. And it rarely gives that speed. Also when you call their customer it takes about 25 mins to get a response from a human. They resolve the issue within 1 day but the issue again pops up after 6-7 days later. Then I have to call customer care/ This cycle continues. TheThe internet is very unstable.
