I am using Reliance Broadband service from past one year and have been satisfied with the responses from the customer care.
Overall service has been smooth with optimum speed as I used it for my work from home option. Customer care was responsive enough to sort out the issue by sending their engineers whenever I made request through call or website.
I find it's customer care chat option very useful to explain the issue when u can't make call while working on something simultaneously.
Overall a good experience, hope to enjoy it for longer period.would be happy if they can work on better connectivity and speed issue.
