I have been using reliance broadband for over an year. Good speed no doubt about it but the service and support is very poor. They encourage customers to go for another internet connection once any problem occur in their internet connection.
Customer service representative will go on repeating "We regret the inconvenience." and one of our executives will contact you at the earliest. but the definition of earliest for them is 9 days.
