Rediff.com is the largest Portal in India.

Layout / Design

The layout of Rediff is very simple and similar to mouthshut. But I feel they can improve on their current colour scheme. There are too many colours

used, it should be reduced to less then four on Index page.
They have different categories link on the Index page, and so the navigation becomes very easy.
At the center of the page they have the latest Headlines news which is updated regularly most of the times.
The left side box has all the necessary links to open your Email account, which is free, and to me that’s the heart of Rediff.com. Its their Email service that they have left the other Indian portal like Indiatimes and indya.com far behind. I also like their feature of ’’ Wish the Celebrity’’, which is unique.
Though there are still many good features it’s their mail and latest news headlines category that I Log on to Rediff.

Cons.
1. Some times the news are not updated regularly. They should take care of this as most of the user like to read the latest news.
2. Their Email services though fast. Some times completely stops working.

But Still Rediff is the leader in India, and I Highly recommend it to every netiezen.
