All are aware of rediff.com, SO am I. Its one the most browsed site by me. but
I have had a poor experience of the sms service provided by rediff.com, One can just send sms from rediff to a mobile phone but reply doesnt come back. Contacting rediff has not been of any use at all. Rediff is absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend this service by rediff to anyone.

Guys pl. be careful before purchasing sms pack from rediff, else you will repent.
I dont think I will get back my money, neither will the service be improved in this area. Rediff as such seems to be a good website for latest news , cricket, etc. How could they be so lousy in this particular service

pros :- cheap, can send sms to most of the gsms in India in Re.1/-
cons:Poor call center support, cannot receive sms as a mail in the inbox
