I Suggest please don’t use rediff.com for any shopping and best of all they don’t reposnd to your queries. I was one of the victim

I ordered goods under express

delivery and good was never delivered. I mailed (through Feedback section at Rediff.com) thrice but no response.

They should provide customer call center numbers.

Looks like they are earning money by doing frauds.

WARNING!!! Just dont buy anything from Rediff. There is no way to troubleshoot if anything goes wrong. You have absolutely no control over anything. You pay money in a dark room and everything stays dark afterwards. You dont see anything to do anything. No phone number, no email id, no responses to form requests.

How the hell do these people run articles on Indian honour and respect when this is the face they themselves have - one of a disrespectful dirty scoundrel cheating people’s money.
