I ordered Readers' digest from their website (https://readersdigest.co.in) some time ago. As I did not get the copies in the committed time, I tried to contact their support team (via rdcare@intoday.com). I've not seen a more unprofessional and pathetic support team. They just don't bother to reply to your mails. After repeated emails and calls to their help desk , they cam back saying that they have no record of the payment and asked for some details of the payment. I got these details from my bank and sent to them. I've been following up with repeated reminders and so far nothing has happened !!! I wonder how such unprofessionalism is tolerated by a company of India Today's stature !!!
I'm now planning to approach the consumer court and sue them.
