Was there last night for dinner [14th Feb. 2011] we were 3 couples. It was the first time we visited this restaurant and found service from the waiters to be below average. Some ACs were not functional and we were sweating. On telling the captain, nothing was done..to improve the situation. A try to solve the problem would be nice. Had asked for a chilled beer, was refused flatly. Food was literally throw instead of being served,
I had salad put on top of my Knife & fork instead of on the plate!!!It seemed that the waiters were doing their own thing. Beer was spilled. This attitude really ruined a good evening. Suggest strongly that the owners do surprise checks ins on the staff, to know the truth of how the restaurant runs. Also etiquette needs to be up to the mark in any food business-finer things like serving the ladies first. Pouring drinks..placing forks & spoons the right way. Attending customers goes a long way.
Management needs to look into these matters, having a floor manager will help. Food was ok ...not bad...but after this experience would doubt that id ever wanted to go back, nor will recommend this place to any food loving person.
