Err, i knw I am late in writing this review but then what to do iam new to mouthshut. 
 
I wanted to point out a few things about this movie, first is the plot in itself which i feel is inpired by real life. for all the people who thought RDB was far fetched i wud like to say sometimes reality is more stranger than fiction.
Very few people wud know that something of this sort happened in real life too at a time whn there was only 1 govt controlled channel the Doordarshan in the early 80s. The information exists in bits and pieces and through some references in newspapers. It seems that a group of students hijacked an airindia plane for they wanted to be heard; most probably these were students based out of delhi or nearby areas. they were not terrorists for i guess such a concept was not there in that time. They were patriotic guys who were revolting against the pathetic system or some cause against the goverment which again is missing. what happened to those guys ? well no one knows the refugees were released and in all probablity the students were silenced as an act of security... I dont hav dates or any other proof to give but only bits and peices of information that managed to get into the newspapers is all i can refer to. I feel RDB is inspired by that incident.

Ok the movie apart from its plot has also got superb cinematography, dialogues, and screenplay. the cast performance was good too not to mention how good aamir is.  If anybodys blood does not boil after seeing this movie then i can only label them as u knw what.
