I bought new Wagon R CNG from their Safdarjung showroom.At the time of buying I was very much impressed by the staff particularly Mr Deepak Sharma, Mr K C Negi & Ms Preeti.
They are really the people who will take Rana motors to the top but at the same time I won't hesitate to say that your service department at Okhla will bring down ALL this I am writing with my bitter experience there. Only there is one person by the name Mr Harimohan who take care of the customer as well as vehicle.
Your washing department is worst, they least bother for their work. AT the end I will say Dear Mr Rekhi, if you are reading this, please take some strict action so that customer should not suffer in their hand.
If present trend will continue you will loose the customers who are having faith on RANA MOTORS
